These guidelines define the rules that all our users must follow in their interactions with each other and with the platform.

Our goal is to create an environment where everyone can safely develop, share and learn strategies.

The core values of the Whaleer community are respect and integrity. Our expectations from all users are:

• Use a respectful and constructive communication style towards other users.

• Avoid behavior that includes insults, discrimination, harassment or bullying.

• Discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality or sexual orientation is strictly prohibited.

• Maintain a professional attitude in support channels and community areas.

The Bot Market is an important area that allows you to share your strategies with the community. To maintain the reliability of this area:

• Your strategy descriptions must contain accurate, complete and non-misleading information.

• Sharing fake or manipulated performance data, backtest results or statistics is strictly prohibited.

• Inappropriate, offensive or misleading expressions cannot be used in strategy names and descriptions.

• Promising guaranteed profits or risk-free returns is prohibited.

• Unauthorized copying or reverse engineering of other users' strategies is prohibited.

• Strategies offered for sale must have real and up-to-date performance data.

Platform security is everyone's responsibility:

• Do not share your account with others or use someone else's account.

• Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

• Never share your API keys with third parties under any circumstances.

• If you discover security vulnerabilities on the platform, report them to us immediately; do not exploit them.

• Do not attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts, data or strategies.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Whaleer platform:

• Designing and using strategies to create market manipulation or artificial price movements

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing or other illegal activities

• Engaging in fraud, phishing or social engineering attacks

• Sharing spam, unsolicited messages or promotional content

• Launching attacks aimed at damaging platform infrastructure (DDoS, botnet, etc.)

• Using the platform for illegal purposes

All content shared on the Platform must comply with the following standards:

• Strategy names should be descriptive and professional.

• Strategy descriptions should clearly explain the logic used and the risk profile.

• Sharing obscene, violence-inciting or illegal content is prohibited.

• Unauthorized use of copyrighted content is prohibited.

• Descriptions containing misleading or exaggerated performance claims are not accepted.

We ask you to report any violations of these guidelines:

• You can report violations to whaleertrading@gmail.com or through our support channel.

• All reports are kept confidential and the identity of the reporting user is protected.

• No user will be penalized for reports made in good faith.

• Whaleer evaluates all reports as soon as possible and takes necessary action.

In case of violation of community guidelines, Whaleer reserves the right to apply the following sanctions based on the severity of the violation:

Graduated Enforcement System:

• First Violation: Written warning and correction request

• Second Violation: Temporary account suspension (7-30 days)

• Third Violation: Permanent account closure

Severe Violations:

• In case of suspected fraud, money laundering or illegal activity, the account will be immediately and permanently closed.

• Relevant authorities will be notified when necessary.

• If fake performance data is shared on the Bot Market, the related strategies will be immediately removed and the seller's account will be suspended.

Whaleer reserves the right to update these Community Guidelines when necessary.

• Changes will be announced through the Platform and/or via email.

• The effective date of the updated guidelines will be stated at the top of the page.

• Continuing to use the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines.
